Are US Bio-Labs In Ukraine Responsible For Recent Outbreaks?

An emerging and potentially dangerous situation is arising with Mycoplasma Pneaumonia (Walking Pneumonia) being coined “White Lung Syndrome” and Legionnaire’s Disease (Pontiac Fever) concurrently on 3 continents across the globe amid Fall-Winter of 2023 in China, Europe, and now the United States. This rapid emergence of bacteria caused illnesses gives pause to take a deeper look into a potential repeat of the 2019-2020 epidemic-to-pandemic scenarios that destroyed high thresholds of concern by the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare what is “legally” a pandemic in the traditional realms of disease monitoring. Above all, the potential for biological warfare emerging as the new “forever war” is now higher than ever in the Brave New World of genetic engineering and genetic manipulation. Engineering a common bacteria with CRISPR gene editing technologies or its ilk unveils the potential to create super-bugs that are antibiotic resistant or in which there is no vaccine currently available as coincidentally in the case of Legionnaire’s Disease.

Recent outbreaks in late Summer and early Fall 2023 in both Rzeszow, Poland (Legionnaire’s Disease) and now the emerging situation of Legionnaire’s cases rising in multiple regions in the US give impetus to take a much closer look at both potential man-made and natural incidences. Even greater impetus can be found in the Commander of the Russian Armed Forces Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense RCBD Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov’s past and present public statements concerning US biological activities in Ukraine as well as abroad. On August 16, 2023 as a rapid Legionnaire’s Disease outbreak struck Rzeszów, Poland—a major NATO hub for weaponry, equipment, and mercenaries entering the Ukrainian War—General Kirillov, in his monthly public briefings of current findings in trends concerning biological developments shockingly stated: “We do not rule out the United States may use so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of biological nature.”

Two Years Worth of Infections and Deaths in Just a Three-Week Period”

A mere 2 days after Kirillov’s public briefing on August 18, 2023 an outbreak of pneaumonia cases emerged in Rzeszów. As the September 14, 2023 WHO report update stated, “public health authorities in Rzeszów, Poland, announced the detection of a cluster of 158 suspected community-acquired pneumonia cases, including 15 laboratory-confirmed cases of Legionellosis among patients admitted to several hospitals in Rzeszów.” By September 11, 2023 less than a month later 23 deaths had occurred in 166 known cases. As of this writing, this is still an ongoing situation on the ground in various regions of Poland with over 40 known deaths insofar.

In an October 5, 2023 report by the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, it was pointed out the startling statistic of “two years worth of infections and death in just a three-week period” was cause for suspicion. What was particularly interesting about the BSA report was that the reason for suspicion given was that, “it happened to occur in a curious location: a key hub for the Western effort to aide Ukraine in its defense against Russia.”

However, in Orwellian double-speak manner, the BSA report quickly changed the subject of suspicion into “Russian propaganda concerns” about the transparent public briefings by Lt. General Igor Kirillov and the Russian Defense Ministry’s accusations and findings of US bio-labs and illicit biological activities in Ukraine since the Russian Federation entered what was until February 2022 an interstate civil war in Donbass. The report continued on, stating that the Polish authorities were tight-lipped in its ongoing investigation, “saying only that they are carrying out a routine investigation into ‘potential intentional action,’ and the results haven’t yet been made public. Meanwhile, the head of a Polish epidemiology association told The New York Times the evidence likely points to an unusually severe natural outbreak, one that was perhaps amplified by climate change.” Going from claims of potentially serious sabotage to climate change was a likely story quickly swept under the information warfare rug.

Euractiv also reported on the Legionnaire’s Disease outbreak in Rzeszów, but much earlier than the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists approximately 10 days after the first reports of the development on August 29, 2023. Interestingly the report eluded precisely to the NATO hub in Poland as the staging point into Lvov, Ukraine underlining clearly, “As Rzeszów is a strategically important and best-protected NATO city in Europe–it is a metastasis hub for Western weapons to Ukraine–the case of the outbreak is being looked at by the Internal Security Agency to ascertain whether the outbreak was a diversion or sabotage.” So-called “Russian propaganda” was not merely able to brushed off so easily as it begins to appear that Lt. General Igor Kirillov’s findings are indeed very accurate high-level military intelligence.

In a September 6, 2022 document submitted (Item 6) to the UN Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) meeting from Sept. 5-9, 2022 titled, “Respective outstanding questions by the Russian Federation to the United States and to Ukraine concerning the fulfillment of their respective obligations under the Convention in the context of the operation of biological laboratories in Ukraine,” Points 27 and 28 presented were of a particularly alarming concern:

27.The presentation of data on the current epidemiological situation in Ukraine convincingly shows a significant difference between the priority problems faced by the Ukrainian health care system and the tasks that the US-supported institutions and laboratories in Ukraine were designed to address.

28.) This raises a number of questions. How should the accumulation of strains of especially dangerous infections and their transfer to other countries help to improve the situation with infectious diseases? Why was the main focus on the study of naturally focal and especially dangerous infections, which, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lists, are considered to be potential pathogens for biological weapons?

The Russian Defense Ministry was fully aware of the epidemiological situation on the ground in Ukraine. On October 31, 2023 amid the ongoing Legionnaire’s Disease outbreak that had spread to multiple localities in Poland, General Kirillov made a shocking announcement in his public briefing that, “Ukrainian intel was planning false flag operations with use of bioweapons.

Information unveiled in the briefing by Kirillov in the Russian Defense Ministry’s findings pointed out the activity being conducted at the Galitsky National Medical University in Lvov with the Kiev-based Science and Technology Center of Ukraine STCU, which was but only 170km east of Rzeszów, Poland, in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Eerily, the training event in Lvov occurred precisely in the same frame of time as the Legionnaire’s outbreak in August through September. General Kirillov went further to reveal that, “head laboratory official Irina Demchishina acted as an intermediary in interaction with Pentagon contractors Black & Veatch and Metabiota, and supervised the implementation of DTRA projects in Ukraine.”

One of the scenarios revealed that such an event with various agents could be blamed on “Russian bio-sabatage,” precisely the delusions made in the October 5, 2023 Bulletin of Atomic Science report on the Legionnaire’s Disease outbreak in Rzeszów. It seemed there was a growing connection and potential for foul play given Lvov was also a major staging point for NATO weaponry, equipment, mercenaries, and western personnel inside of Ukraine.

Pneumonia and Legionnaire’s Disease Strike China, USA, and Europe

Outbreaks of Mycomplasma Pneumoniae in ChinaDenmarkNetherlands, and Legionnaire’s Disease (Pontiac Syndrome) and Pneumoniae in various regions of the US are rapidly emerging in an alarming manner. What is behind all of the sudden and rapid emergence of bacteria-caused Pneumoniae illnesses on 3 continents simultaneously? Something does not appear to be adding up in an emerging scenario eerily reminiscent of the Winter 2019-2020 Public Health Emergency of International Concern declared by the WHO.

Legionnaire’s Disease cases emerged in the US from August through late October 2023 in various regions of CaliforniaIllinoisNevada, New YorkNew Jerseyand OhioThough only 2 known US 2023 Legionnaire’s deaths occurred in Contra Costa County California, all known cases occurred approximately in the same window as the deadly Rzeszów, Poland outbreaks.

Legionnaire’s Disease and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae are naturally occurring bacteria and do not constitute a Novel emergence, though the rapid outbreaks of Mycoplasma P. are being coined as a new strain of “White Lung Syndrome. The Brave New World of genetic engineering and genetic manipulation owing to such mechanisms as CRISPR technology however, should give pause to keen observers to potentiality of biologically offensive programs using common bacteria over select agents only kept in BSL-3/4 laboratories considered potential pathogens for biological warfare. Gene splicing and editing bacteria to be deadlier or antibiotic resistant which can easily be “spiked” into public water systems where bacterium such as Legionella (Legionnaire’s Disease) is typically found to be responsible for annual outbreaks common to human life would be relatively simple for an “attacker” and thus plausible denial.

Are US biolabs in Ukraine responsible for the deadly outbreak of Legionnaire’s Disease in Poland? Considering the developments of feuding between the Polish and the Ukrainian governments over a catastrophically and economically debilitating trucking blockade that has come to the point of preparing for “the evacuation of drivers from blocked checkpoints on the territory of Poland,” and the pre-September 15, 2023 expiration of EU grain import bans from Ukraine—with only Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia imposing extended, independent bans—it is highly probable the abominably corrupt Ukrainian government is behind the deadly Rzeszów outbreak.

The intensified Polish-Ukrainian grain “war” gives an extreme casus belli impetus for Volodymyr Zelensky’s Ukraine to retaliate after heated and exchanged threats to the Polish Andrzej Duda government in the run-up and fallout of the September 15, 2023 EU grain ban expiration. Above all, revelations of dismembering western Ukraine into 1938 Greater Poland by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) chief Sergei Naryshkin in a shocking July 12, 2022 public report that, “Poland hopes that when the conflict in Ukraine reaches a phase of diplomatic settlement, the sides will have to recognize ‘Poland’s expansion’ as an accomplished fact,” most certainly was not by any means welcome to Kiev’s awareness.

Ladies and gentleman, under the shadow of the world’s currently most corrupt Ukrainian Zelensky regime, nothing is certain, much is illusion, and anything is possibleThe words of the Polish authorities mentioned in the October 5, 2023 Bulletin of Atomic Scientists report that, “….the evidence likely points to an unusually severe natural outbreak,” are ringing loudly in the background.
